Our web store has a 14 days return policy. Any unwanted items must be shipped within 14 days of receipt. Any returned merchandise without prior written communication and valid authorization number will not be accepted. Please send returns & exchanges queries to store@hyeinseo.com. All items that may be authorized to be returned must be in 'brand new, unworn condition' and can be done so with proof of purchase within 14 days from purchase date. All sale items and discounted merchandise are final sales, no exceptions. Goods will be dispatched on regular working days, monday to friday. All orders are shipped by DHL. When your order leaves our warehouse you will receive a tracking number via e-mail that can be used to track your order on dhl.com
