Our web store has a 14 days return policy. Any unwanted items must be shipped within 14 days of receipt. Any returned merchandise without prior written communication and valid authorization number will not be accepted. Please send returns & exchanges queries to store@hyeinseo.com. All items that may be authorized to be returned must be in 'brand new, unworn condition' and can be done so with proof of purchase within 14 days from purchase date.
